Norm started his career in emergency services, safety, and industry. He is an accredited Fire Inspector and Firefighter, and holds an Associate Certificate Fire Inspection, Testing & Maintenance (with honors).

Karen comes from a foundation of emergency services and business. She is an accredited Fire Inspector and Firefighter, and holds an Associate Certificate Fire Inspection, Testing & Maintenance (with honors).

Isabelle started as an admin and has worked her way up to Lead Hand. She is activity involved in the day-to-day operations of the company and a key member of the team.
